Individualization
Each client has specific individual needs, and objectives, so all programs are custom designed to ensure the most effective way to achieve and maintain those goals. This focused approach, along with client commitment, delivers faster proficiency acquisition.
Balance
The course content will typically find a balance for clients between fundamental basics (vocabulary, pronunciation and grammar) and real-life application of word patterns, usage, how and when to effectively use idioms and how to communicate persuasively and effectively.
Adaption & Context
Programs will be adapted to the required written, spoken, reading and presentation proficiency, the relevant situational context along and the nature of the topic (contract negotiation, sales meetings, presentations, performance evaluation, Board/management meetings, interviews, social interaction etc.)
Regular Frequency & Flexible Timing
It is important to have a regular lesson cadence to effectively manage the learning process, and in anticipation of busy executive schedules, lessons can be booked outside normal business hours and at weekends at your convenience.
Accountability & Assignments
There is an expectation that clients will invest time and commitment to assignments and practice outside the online lessons, and assignments will also be structured around the clients’ schedule and time demands to ensure they are prepared for the next class.
